Your Role Support internal and external communications and events as a representative of Henkel. Creating internal content to promote our job adds and DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) projects. Developing internal communication campaigns (Glassdoor, Happy Trainees, etc.). Creating a variety of communication materials (to be used internally). Developing an annual LinkedIn communication strategy and managing posts. Producing visual content (photos, videos) for our social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok). Creating content to promote our recruitment campaigns (internships, traineeships & senior hires). Elevating Henkel's image on job boards and social media. Support for the organization of internal events (onboarding day, DEI initiatives). Participation in internal and external events to create video content (onboarding, school forums, DEI events). Implementation of initiatives to improve Henkel's visibility at recruitment fairs and school forums. Your SkillsYou are currently in your last year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. You have some initial experience in communications, content creation, or digital media. You are curious, independent, and highly adaptable. You are creative, proactive, and eager to take initiative. You are proficient in digital tools, IT, and basic video/photo equipment. You are bilingual in French/Dutch and English (spoken and written). You are available to start in January 2026. You are excited about a role with regional responsibilities, including travel to our Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam and Utrecht offices to create content. You are able to work 3 days per week in the Amsterdam, Utrecht or Brussel's office, depending on what is closest to your home. OUR OFFER Opportunity to work in a multi-cultural dynamic environment. An exciting and educational full-time internship in an international FMCG business. You’ll be part of an international intern community. Fun and educational events organized for the international (BeNeFrance) intern community, with opportunities to broaden your network. 6 months internship (possibility to extend for 2 more months, max. 8 months in total).
