The Investigator Grants Manager works with Site Contract Leads and local site contract negotiator, with Finance & the investigator payment team, as well as with the Business Development team in the production and preparation of study specific budget for pre-award opportunities and awarded projects.The Investigator Grants Manager is a member of the Global Site Contract team within the Study Start-Up & Site Intelligence unit.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible to develop the country specific budget for site budget negotiation based on the protocol and flowchart of the procedures, using the Allucent Investigator Grant tool.Prepares budget including low, median and high ranges and prepares ready-to-sent country site-facing budget. Assist Site Contract Leads to address site budget negotiation questions and help resolve budget negotiation issues.Build the budget with low, median, high and 90th percentile ranges and consider fair market values.Responsible to obtain CTL & Medical review and validation of the study and then country specific budget prior to distribution to sites.Assist the Site Contract Leads as needed in the development of Clinical Trial Agreement and Budget Plan (CTABP)Assist the Site Contract Leads in managing the coordination of Site Budget negotiation.Assist Site Contract Leads to address questions and support resolution of negotiations of budgets with sites according to the instructions agreed at the study level.Discuss with and obtain approval from Sponsor on the Country-specific Investigator grants including negotiation ranges and requirements for escalation.Responsible to build investigator budget for proposals.Assist the Site Contract Leads in team training on Site Budget negotiation.Assist the Site Contract Leads in obtaining Investigator Grants approval from SponsorReport directly to Site Contract Leads at a project levelLiaise extensively with Finance, Investigator Payments team, BD and OperationsCommunicate with external clients as needed during the budget negotiation processContribute to other areas of the Allucent business as requiredRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Biological Science and minimum 5 years of experience in drug development and/or clinical research; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceYou have min of 2 years experience with Investigator Grant ManagementGood knowledge of ICH-GCPStrong analytical skillsExcellent command of MS ExcelExcellent computer skills with good working knowledge of a range of computer programs including Investigator Grants Tool CTMS systems.Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong experience in budget negotiations and demonstrated abilityExcellent time management skills and attention to detailExperience working with cross-functional teams required.Manage critical projects and drive multiple projects simultaneously and independently.Ability to effectively attend and present at internal and external meetings (explain how you built the budget).About Allucent Our mission is to help bring new therapies to light.
