This team is dedicated to building long-term relationships with decision makers (C-suite, Board) across the software and semiconductor sectors, providing strategic advice, deep industry insights, and flawless execution of complex transactions.In This Role, You WillParticipate in analyzing companies and client investments across the software and semiconductor sectorMake strategic recommendations to clients based on market trends, valuation insights, and competitive positioningIdentify opportunities for process improvements within the Investment Banking ProgramReview and analyze market data, valuation models, and presentations that require research, evaluation, and independent judgment to guide medium-risk deliverablesPresent recommendations for resolving business challenges and develop expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal and external clients, including senior executives and institutional investorsRequired Qualifications:2+ years of Investment Banking Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:2+ years of experience in software and/or semiconductor sectors within TechStrong understanding of industry dynamics, competitive landscape, and key valuation drivers in software and semiconductorsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsA Master's degree or higher in accounting, finance, economics, or a related fieldAbility to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environmentKnowledge and understanding of business development: business vision, strategies, and goalsKnowledge and understanding of capital markets: deal execution process and standardsJob Expectations:Registration for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be acceptedRegistration for FINRA Series 63 (or 66) must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be acceptedRegistration for FINRA Series 79 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be acceptedThis position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.Compensation Details:Base pay: $200,000May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights or other long-term incentive awardsPay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
