Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited is seeking a suitable candidate to join Cards & Payments team in the capacity of: Issuing Programmes Associate – Credit Cards (Contract) (Grade 2) Provide assistance with BAU activities associated with credit card initiatives and campaigns.Review and execute verification and validation of data extracts/reports received from Business Intelligence, Business Re-engineering & Operations Efficiency, IT support units and end-user testing of product enhancements as needed.Provide support with client service requests and issues received from Branch, Call Centres, Card Ops, AMU and centralized mail boxes. Location: Kingston As An Issuing Programmes Associate – Credit Cards, You Will Assist with finalizing data and performing actions required for executing limit increase, product upgrades and other usage & loyalty promotions Assist with routine review and updates card features and procedures for portfolio stimulation initiatives e.g. direct mail, limit increase, product upgrades and other usage & loyalty promotions. Assist with routine review and documenting of changes required to card products’ profiles to improve operating efficiency of the card portfolio. Prepare data file requirements and document processes to be executed for various initiatives &/or campaigns through initiation, launch, execution and monitoring to drive credit card spend, activation and support acquisition of new cards. Generate product level reports to facilitate segment reviews when requested. Processing of acceptance offers and supporting documents from our various alternate non-branch channels in a timely basis. Timely escalation of any challenges being encountered in achieving stated timelines. Assist with the testing of new products and enhancements requiring system change (systems may be internal or external to Sagicor) Perform any other job-related duties assigned from time to time. What do you need? Associate’s Degree in Business Management or related degrees from a recognized tertiary institution. Two (2) years’ experience of which one (1) year must be at a financial institution preferably in the cards area. Experience in card systems management would be an advantage. Experience in operational duties and customer service. Sound knowledge of computer software packages such as word processing and spreadsheet applications. Strong analytical thinker combined with written and verbal communication. Strong attention to detail. Good time management and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative. Exhibit professionalism in dealings with internal areas and vendors. Confidential and courteous.
