Satisfying our internal/external customers and becoming a world class global IT team are our top aspirations.What The Role EntailsWork closely with team to Provide IT support for daily Ops for all Singapore usersCollaborate with OIT team to promote OIT Hardware/Software, products, eventsPeriodically design newsletter that informs overseas users of our latest events, tips, or updates relating to our projects, products or services, etc. Liaise with OIT team on all artworks, image format and design queries. Design, improve and maintain the website (iWiki/Confluence). To undertake photography shoots and design brochures for Singapore office events. Work with OIT team to design training materials to provide the best DAY 1 experience for new Tencent employees onboarding experience. Design the template of overseas IT knowledge documents in one place for overseas users' self-help and regional peer support. Align with continuous improvement program focused on business value, process optimization, cost avoidance, cost reductions and IT “Speed to Market.”Who We Look ForDiploma or Degree in Design /Web / Graphic / Creative Multimedia / Social Media or equivalentExcellent design skills with a flair for layout and aestheticsHighly skilled in video recording & editing, Adobe premiere Pro: Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects on PC and MacAbility to work under tight deadlines and able to multitaskExperience in providing desktop support to ensure smooth and effective delivery of IT services is preferredKnowledge of collaborative productivity tools, for example, instant messaging, collaboration, workspace, knowledge management, issue resolution, and ticketing, is preferred.
