IT Project Development Manager

Prepares business conceptConducts research and developmentConducts research on latest technologiesEstablishes network of vendors and suppliersEstablishes initial contact with prospective private/government entities for potential projects and presents conceptActs as Project Manager in the development of the project and in-charge of monitoring the implementation scheduleImproves on existing systemsHandles the turnover of the projectsPrepares necessary marketing materials and campaignsCoordinates with internal counterparts for:Drafting of legal documents;Drafting of project costing/financials;Assessing how the new project relates with other existing systems their validations;Evaluating technical requirements as part of project scoping; and,Determining impact on operations and other activitiesProvides timely project status updates Generates and prepares reportsPerforms other job-related tasks that may be assigned by his superiors from time to time.Minimum QualificationsStrong analytical and planning skills;Good communication and presentation skills;Excellent problem-solving skills;College graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or any relevant field.Must have at least 8 years of relevant work experience.Work experience in a similar work environment is an advantage.Experience and knowledge in business and research development, project management, and project costing/financials is preferred.
