The position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations—including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration—while ensuring full regulatory compliance. The role also manages the company’s daily administrative operations, supports different departments, maintains accurate records, coordinates company events, and ensures smooth and efficient office operations. This position works closely with management to uphold company policies, support business objectives, and promote a productive and positive work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesIncludes but is not limited to:Human Resources:Handle full-cycle recruitment, onboarding/orientation, deployment, and exit processes.Conduct performance reviews and provide necessary feedback and documentation.Encode/process payroll and administer employee benefits (including HMO) and monthly government-mandated social deductions.Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.Create, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.Manage employee records and maintain HR databases.Address employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.Maintain accurate HR reports and ensure readiness for audits.Ensure all HR/Admin reports are submitted on time.Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and HR-related legal requirements.Conduct internal audits and address non-compliance issues.Collaborate with department heads to forecast talent and manpower requirements.Drive employee engagement initiatives and support organizational culture programs.Manage the pay plan and company benefits program.Prepare HR reports for senior management (e.g., headcount, turnover rates, hiring status).Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, memos, and certificates.Administration:Manage and monitor office supplies, office equipment, and overall office upkeep.Coordinate company events, internal meetings, and communications.Manage the administrative budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.Support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.Accomplish other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate manager.Qualifications:Strong background in Human Resource Management, Talent Acquisition, and Employee RelationsExperience in Administrative Operations, Office Management, and Policy ImplementationKnowledgeable in labor laws, regulatory compliance, and HR best practicesExcellent organization, problem-solving, and multitasking abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsProficient in Google Workspace and other HR/admin software toolsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related fieldPrevious experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is a plus
