IT SpecialistUS eCommerce CompanyAbout The RoleThe IT Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining and improving our client’s internal technology operations. This position primarily focuses on helpdesk management, while also contributing to systemadministration, business process automation, and other IT projects. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations for our distributed workforce by supporting employees, managing tickets, and maintaining our cloud-based systems and integrations.Key Responsibilities: Administer, triage, and manage the IT helpdesk, ensuring timely and effective ticket resolutionProvide end-user support for hardware, desktop applications, and SaaS appsMaintain detailed documentation on all tickets, including troubleshooting steps and resolutionsPerform employee and client onboarding/offboarding, ensuring proper account and system setupAdminister and maintain the company’s cloud-based application stack (M365, Asana, Keeper, Freshservice, Freshdesk, etc.)Follow up with end-users to ensure satisfaction and closure of requestsAssist in system administration, process automation, and other IT projects as assignedIdentify and recommend improvements to IT systems, workflows, and user experienceExperience RequiredExperience using IT ticketing systems (responding, assigning, closing, and following upon incidents, problems, and service requests)Experience with:Windows environmentsMicrosoft 365 administrationPower Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI) preferredAutomation Tools (Power Automate, Zapier, or similar)Qualifications and SkillsRelevant academic qualifications requiredCertifications in information systems, IT Administration, or Cloud TechnologiesFamiliarity with SaaS application management (user accounts, permissions, etc)Solid understanding of IT fundamentals, including: Microsoft 365 administration, Cloud-based system management, IT security and data privacy best practicesStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independentlyConfident written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to accuracy, efficiency, and detailCollaborative mindset: works effectively with other teams to identify and meet IT needsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on qualifications, skills and experienceAttractive allowances and benefitsSupportive and friendly team environmentUS business hours schedule (10pm to 7am Philippines time), Monday–FridayFull time onsite (Robinsons Equitable Tower, ADB Avenue, Ortigas)
