Job Title:IT Support Administrator Bilingual French/English______________Position Overview:The IT Support Administrator acts as the primary contact for any IT-related issues or requests within OSL. This position is crucial for supporting our field and in-office teams, managing tasks such as onboarding and offboarding employees, processing changes, and addressing level 1 technical problems. Candidates who have previous experience in IT or Service Desk roles and can effectively handle a high volume of requests through strong multitasking abilities are preferred.______________Key Responsibilities:• Act as the first line of support for all IT requests via ticketing system, phone, or email.• Process user access requests for onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.• Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues, including:o Wi-Fi connectivityo Printer problemso Access/permission validation• Provides accurate and timely evening and weekend support as needed.• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 and 3 support teams as required.• Manage and prioritize multiple tickets simultaneously, especially during peak periods.• Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.• Recording completed tasks and/or importing revised data into tracking systems.______________Preferred Skills & Experience:• Required:o Excellent communications skills, verbal and writteno Previous experience in IT support or Service Desk environment.o Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.o Good organization skills, Strong attention to detail, Effective time management skillso Excellent interpersonal relation skillso Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.• Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):o Familiarity with tools such as: Microsoft Intune, Office 365 and Entra ID Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) tools SAP Concur______________Additional Requirements:• Bilingual capability (English + French).Work Environment:• Fast-paced IT support setting with high ticket volume.• Direct interaction with employees across the organization.
