Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Support & Implementation Manager to lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic team of engineers in a system integrator company specializing in ICT and Light Current solutions. The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation and customer support operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards. This role requires in-depth technical expertise in data networking and related ICT domains, strong leadership capabilities, and a customer-oriented mindsetKey Responsibilities : Supervise and lead a team of ICT engineers specializing in Networking, Cyber Security, VOIP, Server, and Storage.Oversee Light Current engineers working on CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, GRMS, and other systems.Plan, manage, and oversee the successful delivery of ICT and Light Current system integration projects.Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.Manage the technical support operations for clients, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and maintaining customer satisfaction.Develop and implement support procedures, SLAs, and best practices.Act as the escalation point for critical customer issues and provide expert-level troubleshooting when required.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, and project management.Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical delivery and business objectives.Deliver presentations, reports, and updates to senior management and clients.Optimize workflows and processes within the department to enhance efficiency and productivity.Monitor and analyze departmental KPIs, using data-driven insights to improve performance.Develop and manage departmental budgets related to tools, training, and resources.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous professional growth within the team.Qualifications and Skills: Educational BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Relevant certifications in ICT (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, Microsoft, etc.) or Light Current systems are a plus.ExperienceProven experience (10+ years) in system integration, with expertise in ICT and Light Current solutions.At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing technical teams.Technical ExpertiseStrong knowledge in Data Networking, including switching, routing, and wireless technologies.Experience with Cybersecurity, VOIP, and Server & Storage solutions.Familiarity with Light Current systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, and GRMS.Leadership SkillsAbility to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team.Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.Customer OrientationExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.Experience in managing customer relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.Other SkillsProject management expertise; PMP certification is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Working ConditionsLocation: Mainly office, with occasional travel to client locations.Work Environment: Fast-paced, collaborative, and driven by innovation.BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Professional development opportunities (certifications, training).Health insurance and other employee benefits.This role offers the opportunity to lead a highly skilled team and contribute to the success of innovative ICT and Light Current projects, making a tangible impact in the industry.
