The role involves diagnosing issues, assisting users, ensuring system stability, and collaborating with development and functional teams to deliver efficient CRM operations.Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM users.- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to CRM functionalities, workflows, and plugins.- Manage and monitor CRM system performance, integrations, and scheduled jobs.- Handle user access management, including roles, permissions, and security settings.- Assist with data imports, exports, cleansing, and migrations as needed.- Support CRM customization, configuration, and deployment of new features or patches.- Work closely with the development and QA teams to identify, log, and verify bug fixes.- Provide end-user training and create documentation for support processes.- Perform UAT testing and ensure business processes function as expected after updates.- Escalate complex issues to Microsoft support or higher-level technical teams when required.- 3–5 years of experience in supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (on-premise or online).- Strong understanding of CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.).- Experience in troubleshooting plugins, workflows, Power Automate, and integrations.- Basic knowledge of SQL Server, Power Platform, JavaScript, and C# for issue analysis.
