IT Support Analyst

Hairhouse has an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join our IT Team within our Support Centre based in Doncaster. We are also looking for someone with:At least 1 year experience within a fast-moving health and beauty retail environmentBasic understanding of Windows and Office software, Apple OSX an advantageExperience with NetSuite ERPJira Servicedesk a plusExperience using retail Point of Sale and appointment booking systemsBasic networking experience (Wifi / Ethernet)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilityExceptional customer service and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication and time management skillsAbility to work remotely with users via phone, email, zoom/teamsA friendly and outgoing personality able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentTo be considered for this role you must be able to be on-call some nights and weekends working remotely.
