The position reports to the Senior Network Administrator and is based in Windsor NSW. The purpose of this position is to supportthe branch in maintaining, developing, and securing the corporate IT network with a particular focus on Council's desktop and laptop fleet. This includes planning and implementing hardwarereplacements, testing and integrating systems, maintaining technical documentation,ensuring secure and stable network operations, and providing appropriate useraccess. The role also contributes to IT Planning, supports team members, workswith the IT Help Desk, and assists with problem resolution to ensure reliableand modern IT services across the organisation.About YouYou demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability tosupport both technical and non-technical users. You manage time effectively andwork well, delivering under pressure.
