IT System and Network Administrator (01 Position)

Duties & ResponsibilitiesUpkeep the configuration and reliable operation of all computer systems (servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches).Monitor the server application, system and security logs using various tools such as Microsoft Active Directory.Maintain Server Room and Servers such as File Servers, Domain Controllers, Work stations etc.,System Security and analyses isolate issues. To configure authentication and authorization of end user directory access services.To monitor and maintain Exchange Server, to provide solution email related issues and Outlook email support.UPS maintenance.Anti-Virus support and follow-ups.Finger print and door access system – (Finger Print and Door access System).Backup (Daily, Weekly and Monthly).Identify user needs and Troubleshoot problems reported by users.Provide onsite, telephone and online support to all our companies.Check systems in order to optimize performance and to initiate recovery action after system failures.Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, flexible and detail-mindedMust be able to work flexible work hours including nights and weekends in urgent cases.Any other tasks assign by supervisor.Qualification & RequirementBachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience3+ year experience in IT Systems/Network administration.Able to carry out maintenance both hardware and softwareExcellent troubleshooting skillsFlexible, honest, hard-working, good team workStrong statistical and analytical tools for system monitoring1 or more of the following certifications is highly desirable: MCSE, MCITP, MCSAExperience with Linux (Ubuntu, Linux Mint, Debian, Red Hat, Oracle or FreeBSD) highly desirable and will be considered a major advantageStrong communication skills in English (both written and spoken) will be considered a major advantageMust be travel to travel to assigned sites to complete work.
