Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、根据门店经营情况，发现门店运营机会点，输出门店提升计划、发掘门店效率提升工具、优化人货场运营流程，从而促进门店经营提升； 2、包括但不限于通过销售预测、门店进销存管理、营销活动策划、陈列优化等方面给予门店运营支持； 3、基于业绩提升的长短期活动实践及思考，推动店型创新、品类创新、门店数字化转型。 任职要求： 1、38以内，统招本科学历，零售行业背景； 2、具备丰富的门店运营创新项目主导经验，熟知人货场运营逻辑； 3、数据分析及逻辑思维强，敏锐的市场洞察力及创新能力。
