Partner with the best As a Master Scheduler, you will plan and schedule the materials required to execute the business. You will works with different teams to translate the demand (forecasts/sales orders/planned orders) in to physical orders to meet customer requirements. As a Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for:Working with sales and operations team to quote delivery lead time and convert the demand plans into physical ordersPlanning and scheduling order timelines (3-10 months' MPS/linear production slotting) to be consistent with customer requirements based on supply chain capacityWorking with the Product Line/Sales/Service Delivery to prioritize deliver dates as needed (push outs, pull ins)Assisting in driving product line Make to Stock/Make to Order/Configure to Order/Engineer to Order standards are implemented in the S&OP processPerforming various material management analysis such as statistical material consumption and forecasts/aged inventory/aged PO/in-transit material analysis/safety stock, etc.Implementing inventory stocking strategies. Monitoring levels of safety stock/global and aging inventory and working with regions/manufacturing plants to address accordinglyWorking with the AMO organization to ensure spare parts and asset demands are captured Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor in Supply Chain Management or related field with 5+ years’ experienceHave experience in order management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and managementHave Intermediate knowledge of Oracle and MRP functionalityDisplay Ability to work with and influence stakeholdersShow Strategic thinking with tactical execution with a sense of urgencyBe better have APICS Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
