The company raised a $9m seed round from top-tier investors including BlockTower, Framework Ventures, and Coinbase Ventures and others – now Midas is looking for outstanding talents to scale and execute on its vision of a more open and efficient financial system.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAs Junior Business Operations Manager at Midas, you will support finance and operations across all teams and entities worldwide. You will play a vital role in helping scale Midas’ internal processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:Support daily business operations and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teamsMaintain and improve internal administrative processes, workflows, and documentationSupport in organization of company offsites, team events and travel Support new hires onboarding and offboarding processes, including system access, equipment setup, and documentationProcess invoices and prepare required materials for external tax advisorsAssist with basic accounting tasks, expense management, and financial record keepingSupport KYB/KYC onboarding with service partners across multiple Midas entities and jurisdictionsSupport internal knowledge management by maintaining and expanding our internal business and operations documentationHelp introduce and roll out new internal tools and processesWhat We Are Looking ForApprenticeship or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Operations, or a related field - preferred but not required1–3 years of experience in business operations, office management, administrative roles, or event coordinationExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficientlyHigh level of discretion, integrity, and professionalismReliable, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of tasksFluent in English and GermanBased in BerlinFamiliarity with blockchain, DeFi, tokenization, or Web3 is a strong plusWhat We OfferAgile, globally distributed team with a strong missionFlexible, remote-first culture.
