You’ll create eye-catching visuals, from static assets to motion graphics across paid social, Google, display, and web campaigns. At In Digital, versatility is key: you’ll tackle emails, social posts, and more, using tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro to bring ideas to life efficiently. If you’re ambitious, hands-on, and ready to grow your skills across multiple brands, this is the role for you.A bit more about you:A degree in media design, motion graphics or a related field (or equivalent experience)1–2 years of experience post-university in a similar design or motion graphics roleProficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud and motion design software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant toolsStrong motion graphics and video editing skills, with experience creating dynamic visual content for various digital platformsKnowledge of design fundamentals and the ability to work on non-motion tasks such as static assets for emails, display, and mobile where neededUnderstanding of how to adapt creative for different audience objectives and marketing channels, with the ability to tailor assets to match the unique needs of each platformStrong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output across both motion and static assetsBasic knowledge of marketing principles and a keen interest in how design impacts performance (training will be provided for more specific channel and performance insights)Bonus skills (not essential but appreciated):Experience in producing motion and video for various digital channels, especially paid social (Meta, TikTok) and Google campaigns (YouTube, Performance Max)Experience with creative automation tools like Celtra or Smartly for efficient scaling and iteratingAbility to contribute to creative pitches and ideation sessionsFamiliarity with performance-driven design strategies, especially in digital marketing campaignsAn understanding of newer digital channels like TikTok and a passion for exploring emerging formats and trends in motion graphicsExperience in collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams, working closely with marketers, copywriters, and other designers to execute campaignsWhy work for In Digital?A certified Great Place to Work™, recognised as one of the UK's Best Workplaces for Wellbeing 2024Best of both worlds: work in blue-chip companies’ marketing teams and in a fast-growth agency at the same timeCovent Garden office with a private bar, great coffee and an array of restaurants in the vicinityRewarding work with great opportunities for development and progressionFlexible working with working-from-abroadRegular team lunches and social eventsSubsidised gym & sports membershipsA competitive salary with twice yearly bonusTo apply, please submit your portfolio for review by emailing fern.goozee@indigital.marketing
