Job Title: Junior Finance AnalystLocation: Al Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)Experience Required: 1–2 yearsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related fieldRole OverviewThe Junior Finance Analyst will support financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial concepts, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Support budgeting and forecasting activities.Perform variance analysis and investigate financial trends.Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation.Assist in analyzing financial data to support decision-making.Coordinate with internal teams to gather required financial information.Support audits by preparing schedules and documentation.Participate in process improvement initiatives within the finance department.Required Qualifications1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles (internships or training programs also count).Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of financial principles and statements.Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.Good communication and organizational skills.Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred SkillsExperience in a digital or technology company is an advantage.Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion is a plus but not required).Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
