Ltd.Location: Naxal, KathmanduEmployment Type: Full-timeEmail: hr@myspacepvtltd.com.npJob SummaryThe Finance Officer will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis activities of the company. The role involves preparing financial statements as per NFRS, ensuring accuracy in accounting and branch-wise reconciliation, developing financial models, and managing overall cash flow and funding operations. The ideal candidate should be experienced with ERP systems, particularly Odoo, and possess strong analytical, planning, and Excel skills.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and prepare financial statements in compliance with NFRS and generate other MIS reports as required.Conduct monthly and quarterly financial reporting for management and stakeholders.Utilize and manage ERP software (Odoo) for financial and accounting operations.Develop financial plans and forecasts and perform detailed financial analysis.Supervise and ensure branch-wise accounting, including daily inter-company reconciliations.Prepare budgeted cash flow statements and financial projections.Develop and maintain financial models for performance analysis and business decision-making.Manage cash flow and funding requirements for the company as a whole.Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.Support management in strategic financial planning and cost optimization initiatives.Coordinate with the accounts department for AR (Accounts Receivable) and AP (Accounts Payable) management.Possess strong knowledge and oversight of General Ledger (GL) accounting work.Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure proper inventory management and reconciliation.Provide training and guidance to junior staff related to financial reporting, ERP use, and other key responsibilities.QualificationsMaster’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.Preferred: Semi-qualified CA or ACCACA: CAP II of ICAN or intermediate of ICAI passACCA: Must have completed Skilled level and must have completed internship.Experience2 to 3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.Experience with ERP systems, particularly Odoo, is essential.Must be skilled and proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
