And now, with major new wins at Heathrow, Belfast, and Dublin, and new Relay stores opening at Heathrow Terminal 2 in 2026, it’s an incredible time to join our journey.Job Purpose:As a Junior Project Manager at Lagardère Travel Retail UK & IRE, you’ll support the delivery of new retail and food & beverage units across our expanding airport portfolio. With a strong focus on construction and technical coordination, you’ll help bring our commercial concepts to life, ensuring each site is built to specification, on time, and in line with airport regulations and brand standards.Benefits:Bonus - Earn up to 15% bonus on top of your salary25 days holiday - Plus bank holidays, with the opportunity to buy or sell up to 5 days to suit your needsUp to 25% in-store discountCash Plan - Claim back everyday health costs like dental, optical, and physio.Pension - We’ll top up your future with up to 3% monthly contribution to your pension pot.Life assurance - Protection for your loved ones with 2x your base salary in life cover, just in case. non-contractual benefits wholly at company discretion and subject to change.What You’ll DoAssist in the planning and delivery of construction projects for new and refurbished retail and F&B units within UK and IRE airportsSupport technical site assessments, feasibility studies, and coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors.Track construction timelines, manage project documentation, and ensure compliance with airport and building regulations.Liaise with internal teams (commercial, operations, design) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and needs metMonitor site progress, flag risks, and support issue resolution to keep projects on track and within budgetContribute to post-completion reviews and help refine construction delivery processes as part of our ongoing expansionChairing design team meetings to review progress/programme to meet key design and procurement time frames.Coordinating handover activities, meetings and documentation for issueWorking closely with the selected contractor at completion to ensure defects are closed out and final accounts are agreed.What You’ll BringA foundational understanding of construction and fit-out processes, ideally within retail or hospitality environmentsStrong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail in managing technical documentation and schedulesConfidence using Excel and PowerPoint to support reporting and stakeholder communications.A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, regulated airport environment.Experience in project coordination or construction support roles (airport or retail experience a plus).Lagardère Travel RetailAt Lagardère Travel Retail, we don’t just operate in airports and stations — we transform them.
