Junior Quality Control Analyst

Our client in the North Shore is looking for a Junior Quality Control Analyst to join their large manufacturing production facility. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our clients’ operations align with ISO 9001:2015 standards; guiding functional teams through quality processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. If this sounds like you please apply directly or send your resume to apply@stellar-recruitment.com.ResponsibilitiesConduct risk-based audits and contribute to the development of the annual internal audit plan.Perform regular audits according to the established schedule, ensuring compliance with internal policies, QMS standards, and regulatory requirements.Identify and document non-conformances, deviations, and areas for improvement; facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action planning with client teams.Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, observations, and recommendations, and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.Collaborate with production teams, suppliers, and other departments to drive process improvements, quality awareness, and continuous improvement initiatives.Support QA Core processes such as managing audit findings, non-conformance reports (NCRs), management of change, and training coordination for production personnel.QualificationsTechnical degree and Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) credential required.Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on process improvement and ISO 9001:2015 compliance.Strong knowledge of quality management systems, auditing techniques, and regulatory requirements.Excellent communication, technical writing, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead teams and influence outcomes.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and organizational skills.Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and adaptability, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.Pay: $37-45 per/hour – 12 month contract5 days per week on site in North VancouverPlease note that the posted pay range for this role may vary based on seniority, qualifications, or prior experience.
