You’ll join a forward-thinking team that delivers education, healthcare and commercial projects across Ireland, combining modern construction methods with real engineering precision.You’ll gain direct exposure to every stage of the project lifecycle — from estimating and procurement through to final accounts — while working alongside a highly experienced commercial and project management team.ResponsibilitiesAssisting the Senior QS and Commercial Manager in day-to-day cost management and reportingSupporting tender preparation, subcontractor comparisons and contract administrationPreparing and tracking valuations, variations and progress claimsMaintaining accurate cost data and assisting in project cost forecastingLiaising with site teams to ensure accurate measurement and timely cost controlHelping manage supplier and subcontractor relationshipsContributing to continuous improvement in procurement and modular delivery processesRequirementsDegree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics (or similar)0–2 years’ experience in a construction (placement or graduate level welcome)Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detailProficient in Excel and measurement software (e.g. Cubit, Buildsoft, CostX)Excellent communication and teamwork skillsA proactive attitude and eagerness to learn from senior mentorsContact Stephen Kelly on 087 474 4071 to fond out more!
