Job Title: Junior Recruiter (On-site)Location: College Road, Township, Lahore Shift: Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PKT) Employment Type: Full-timePosition OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will manage the complete recruitment process — from sourcing and engaging candidates to facilitating a smooth onboarding experience. Prior experience in technical hiring is a plus, but we also encourage motivated fresh graduates who are eager to launch and grow their careers in talent acquisition to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for a variety of technical and specialized roles through job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.Review and screen incoming applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Assist in preparing offer letters and ensure all hiring documentation is completed accurately.Keep candidate records and recruitment data up to date in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment (technical or non-technical); fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with sourcing strategies, current hiring trends, and modern recruitment practices.Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant candidate skill sets.
