REWARDSCompetitive basic salary.Attractive commission scheme based on sales performance (in addition to basic salary).Opportunity for high earnings based on individual results.BRIEF We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to expand our scheduled waste management services within the automotive corporate segment. This role is responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth by offering compliant, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible waste management solutions.JOB DESCRIPTIONDevelop and manage corporate accounts (automotive groups, fleet operators, service centre chains).Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.Deliver professional presentations and business proposals to corporate decision-makers.Manage contract negotiation, pricing discussions, and renewals.Oversee invoicing and follow up on payment collection.Liaise with logistics/operations team to coordinate waste collection schedules and service execution.Advise clients on scheduled waste regulatory requirements and proper documentation.Maintain accurate sales pipeline and account reports.Assist on adhoc business development project as assigned by superior.JOB REQUIREMENTSDiploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental, Engineering, or related field.2 to 4 years experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management (FMCG, automotive, industrial, or environmental services preferred).Experience handling corporate tenders and structured procurement processes.Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Target-driven, resilient, and able to work independently.Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
