About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with our key clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams, driving sales performance, and maintaining high client satisfaction.This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in account management, digital sales, and client relations within a fast-growing ecommerce and marketing environment.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and business growth.Coordinate with internal teams to manage client projects, campaigns, and deliverables effectively.Identify sales opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities with existing accounts.Handle day-to-day client communication, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.Monitor account performance and prepare periodic reports and insights.Follow up on client feedback and ensure service excellence.Content ManagementRequirements & QualificationsExcellent communication skills in English (proficiency in Sinhala and/or Tamil will be a strong advantage).Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.Ability to use Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.Good understanding of email communication and professional correspondence.Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.Must own a laptop and a smartphone.What We OfferSalary: Rs. 50,000 + Performance Bonus + Sales CommissionsHybrid working arrangement for flexibility.Opportunity to grow within a results-driven, modern work environment.Exposure to diverse clients and industries in the digital and e-commerce sectors.
