About The ClientOur client is a UK-based fintech company (licensed EMI, regulated by FCA) providing a digital banking/payments platform for businesses. Their mission is to simplify international payments, multicurrency operations, e-wallets, team finance management, and FX — faster and more transparent than traditional banks.Role OverviewWe are looking for a strong, autonomous KAM who understands fintech payments, client operations and can own merchant relationships end-to-end. You will manage key business clients using a digital banking platform, support onboarding, optimise product usage, and ensure long-term client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow relationships with business clientsSupport onboarding, KYC/KYB flow coordinationMonitor client activity, ensure smooth daily operationsResolve issues across payments, cards, FX, and walletsCollaborate with ops, compliance, and tech teamsIncrease product adoption & upsell opportunitiesMaintain high satisfaction, retention, and client understanding of featuresRequirements2–3+ years in fintech, EMI, PSP, or digital bankingDeep understanding of payment flows (SEPA, SWIFT, cards, FX, wallets)Strong communication & client-facing skillsAbility to manage clients end-to-end without micromanagementFluency in English and Russian — strong working proficiencyOn-site format in RigaKey Soft SkillsProactive, problem-solving mindsetStrong communication skillsAbility to work independently and build long-term merchant trustLoyalty, responsibility, and an ownership mindsetWhat We OfferTotal compensation packageWork with regulated fintech (FCA EMI)Fast-paced, small team environmentHigh ownership, direct impactFlexible work modelGrowth opportunities as the company scales
