They focus on solving client challenges efficiently and maintaining consistent service excellence.Role OverviewWe are looking for a strong Senior Account Manager/Team-lead type who is fully autonomous, proactive, and capable of managing key merchant relationships without supervision. This is a role for someone who understands PSP or crypto processing, knows the business logic behind merchant flows, risk, payouts, and operational processes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop relationships with high-risk merchants (Asia focus)Serve as the main point of contact for clients: support, escalations, performance updatesOversee onboarding, transaction monitoring, and ongoing operational flowsOptimize client performance and improve satisfaction/retentionCollaborate with internal teams: risk, tech, compliance, operationsIdentify upsell/cross-sell opportunitiesEnsure smooth communication and issue resolution with minimal supervisionRequirements2-3+ years of experience in PSP, payment processing, or crypto acquiringStrong background in client or partner managementSolid understanding of payment flows, settlement cycles, chargebacks, and risk processesFluency in English and Russian — strong working proficiencyOn-site format in RigaKey Soft SkillsProactive, problem-solving mindsetStrong communication skillsAbility to build long-term merchant trustLoyalty, responsibility, ownership mindsetWhat We OfferStable and supportive work environmentAbility to work with international high-risk clientsGrowth opportunities (senior → team lead)Competitive compensationGreat Riga office
