OverviewOur client is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Key Account Manager to grow their leading cosmetics brand. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about winning with retail partners through strong account planning and execution. You will be responsible for owning key accounts end-to-end, driving sell-in and sell-through, managing P&L , and maintaining trusted relationships with key retail stakeholders.What You Will DoOwn and grow assigned key accounts by building joint business plans, setting targets, and driving sell-in and sell-through for our Korean cosmetics portfolioLead account negotiations, including trading terms, promotional mechanics, and annual agreements, while ensuring strong execution in-store and onlinePartner with internal teams to deliver launches and campaigns, including assortment planning, pricing and positioning, and channel-ready marketing materialsTake accountability for commercial performance by managing budgets, forecasting, tracking key KPIs, and improving margin through disciplined planningStay close to the market by monitoring competitors, customer insights, and shopper behavior, then turning learnings into clear account and brand actionsWhat You Will NeedBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, with 3 to 5 years of experience in key account management, brand management, or trade marketing within FMCG, cosmetics, or beautySolid commercial skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L understanding, with the ability to translate data into practical account plansStrong relationship and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting, influencing, and aligning cross-functional partnersHands-on execution ability, including planning promotions, managing retail calendars, and coordinating launches across multiple channelsSelf-starter mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving environment, with strong prioritization and ownership
