About the Role:The Key Account Manager role, is responsible for driving the business growth by managing key customer accounts, developing strategic plans, and delivering commercial targets. This position requires strong ownership, effective collaboration, and a results-driven approach in a dynamic environment.Main Responsibilities:Lead and develop key account plans to achieve business growth and strategic goalsPropose and implement commercial policies, trade terms, and customer plans across SingaporeAnalyze customer performance, identify business opportunities, and develop action plansNegotiate contracts, annual promotional plans, and in-store execution with assigned customersManage trade spending efficiently, ensuring ROI and compliance with company policiesCoordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless executionMonitor sales targets, budgets, and KPIs, and proactively address any issuesSupport and guide sales teams to ensure local execution aligns with national strategiesAbout You:University degree in Business or related fieldStrong experience in key account management, sales, or related fieldsExperience with both Traditional & Modern Trade, Impulse ChannelsKnowledge of Channel and Customer Plans, understanding of Commercial Logistics, Sales, Field and Merchandising ProcessesExcellent communication skills, strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skillsProactive, dynamic, and a strong team player who can work under pressure and meet deadlinesProficiency in MS Office and business analytics toolsFluency in English, written and spoken.
