Role Description The Key Account Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. The specialist will manage and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling. Responsibilities include developing account strategies, conducting sales presentations, managing communications with clients, analyzing account performance, and collaborating with internal teams to provide excellent customer service. Qualifications Experience in Account Management and Sales, with a proven track record of achieving targetsStrong Analytical Skills to assess client data and market trendsExceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationshipsProactive problem-solving abilities and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentAbility to work on-site in Riyadh and manage multiple clients effectivelyBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredExperience in the recruitment or HR industry is a plus
