With a strong track record and a focus on expanding our presence in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a high-performing Territory Sales Manager to drive our irrigation sales in the West and South areas.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Target AchievementBusiness DevelopmentAccount ManagementTechnical Sales & SupportMarket IntelligenceForecasting & ReportingRepresentationQualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 10 years of proven sales experience, with a significant focus on irrigation systems, water management, or related technical products in Saudi Arabia. Experience in the Jeddah market is a strong advantage.Technical Knowledge: Detailed knowledge of various irrigation technologies (e.g., micro-irrigation, conventional systems, automation, smart farming/landscape solutions).Language: Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is highly preferred.Skills:Strong commercial and financial acumen with a demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Odoo).Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a proven ability to work independently.Mobility: Must possess a valid Saudi driving license and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
