Job Posting on Social Media: • Every week, post job ads on Facebook when we're short on staff. • For management roles, use Facebook and LinkedIn for more options. CV Collection and Interviews: • Collect resumes every day and keeps them organized. • Plan interviews based on staffing needs and urgency. Onboarding New Staff: Gather info for new hires and make sure they have a smooth start. • Help with training and orientations.
• New Staff Data process• Minor Tasks Team Collaboration: Work closely with RSC HR, hiring managers, and team leaders. • Provide support in various recruitment related activities. • Social Media Monitoring: Monitor comments and messages on social media job posts. • Engage with potential candidates and answer basic queries reports. • Recruitment Events: Coordinate participation in job fairs or recruitment events. • Collect resumes and promote KFC as an employer of choice Qualifications & Experience · Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field. · Strong knowledge of recruitment processes. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Passionate about talent acquisition and people development.
