We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of human resources and administrative functions, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. ————————Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job ads and screening resumes to scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters. Conduct new employee orientations and manage all onboarding documentation. Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries.
Maintain a positive work environment by assisting with conflict resolution, organizing company events, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Payroll & Benefits: Assist with monthly payroll processing and manage employee benefits administration, including leave tracking and health insurance. Administrative Support: Oversee general office administration, including managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and coordinating with vendors. Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and conducive to productivity. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulations. ————————Requirements: Proven experience in an HR and/or administrative role.
Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
