This role drives engagement and growth by ensuring global learning tools, leadership initiatives, and change management programs are effectively implemented and aligned with company strategy. The ideal candidate is passionate about people development, has strong facilitation skills, and thrives in a collaborative, global environment.Key Responsibilities:Ensure global tools and learning offers are effectively used and leadership, team, and change programs remain up-to-date and relevant.Coordinate with the Learning & Development team to deliver impactful learning solutions across the organization.Lead and implement global leadership development programs, ensuring consistent deployment and utilization of assessment tools.Facilitate leadership training sessions and act as the internal expert in leadership and people development.Build and lead team and change interventions to support organizational growth and transformation.Contribute to the People & Culture domain by identifying, localizing, and delivering high-quality leadership and change development content to key stakeholders.Partner with internal teams and leaders to develop talent pipelines, strengthen leadership competence, and foster an inclusive learning culture.Required Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience.Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Development, including leadership, competence, or succession management.Proven track record in people and organizational development.Experience working in a global matrix organization or managing global L&D projects.Experience designing and developing content using Articulate or other learning design tools.Required Skills:Leadership and team facilitationLearning design and development (Articulate)Talent and organizational development strategyPreferred Skills:Change management and team interventionsHR process and competency framework integrationStrong interpersonal and presentation skillsAdditional Skills:Global collaboration and project managementAssessment and leadership program implementationStakeholder engagement across multiple business unitsAbout the Client:A leading home furnishing company offering affordable, high-quality products designed for everyday living.
