Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:PrimaryCollaborate with process stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient process operations. Own and manage the service delivery and performance with defined SLAs/KPIs. Ensuring the process complies with any regulations and internal controls/risk management measuresAble to prepare detailed reporting, provide analysis or insights on various data/reports and present performance results to relevant stakeholders in governance forums (e.g. Monthly, Quarterly Business Review...etc). Direct experience within a multi-national environment with a complex regional/country environment. Process-oriented with an understanding of both financial and operational controls. Strong analytical skills and who can foresee upstream and downstream impacts. Strong leadership and communication skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP Hana and other invoicing/ticketing systems will be an added advantage but not requiredStrong communication skills with the ability to bridge language barriers - you must be able to work collaboratively with a diverse group of peopleComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. OthersEnsure maintenance of process documentation (i.e. Process models, Standard Operating Procedures)Liaise with Central (Delivery Hero), Regional and GRC on managing relevant policies and procedures affecting AP processesAssess change requests, prepare decision making and foster implementationActively help to solve systemic or complex issues and problems in an effective mannerSupport internal and external auditsQualificationsProfessional certifications such as CPA, CA, ACCA, etc. Worked in a Finance Shared Service CentreStrong leadership skillsStrong communicator with the ability to influence, persuade and drive action. Demonstrable experience leading and managing teamsProcess-oriented with an understanding of both financial and operational controlsFamiliar with key systems; Ariba, SAP and ConcurStrong analytical skills and can foresee upstream and downstream impactsProficient with Google Suite and/or Microsoft applications for analysis and reportingComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesA creative mindset and a willingness to question assumptions and conventional wisdom.
