About the JobAs a Lead Conversion Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by converting potential leads into paying customers. Your main responsibility is to follow up on leads generated through various channels—calls, emails, or web inquiries—and guide them through the sales funnel. Your goal is to ensure that each lead is nurtured effectively, addressing their needs and concerns while moving them toward a successful sale.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up on inbound leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.Nurture leads by building strong relationships and understanding their specific needs and requirements.Provide product/service information, answer queries, and offer solutions that match the lead’s requirements.Schedule and coordinate initial meetings between potential clients and our service team.Utilize CRM tools to manage and track the lead pipeline, ensuring timely and consistent follow-up.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.Set up and conduct product demonstrations or presentations, if necessary.Analyze feedback from leads to refine and improve the conversion process.Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly conversion targets and KPIs.Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and outcomes to assist in reporting and optimization.RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 1-2 years in sales, lead generation, or a similar customer-facing role.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively follow up with leads via phone, email, or messaging.Follow-up Abilities: Proven track record of following up on leads and successfully converting them into customers.Sales Knowledge: Basic understanding of sales principles and strategies, with experience in consultative selling.Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.Persistence: Strong follow-up and organizational skills, able to handle multiple leads and prioritize them effectively.Target-Driven: Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting or exceeding conversion targets and KPIs.Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly learn and use different software and tools for lead conversion, tracking, and communication.Additional InformationCandidates must be flexible and willing to work in shift-based schedules as determined by company requirements.Occasionally, you may be required to work on weekends for short hours to engage with clients and generate additional sales opportunities.If you're passionate about sales, eager to help customers find the right solutions, and ready to make a meaningful impact—we’d love to hear from you.
