From our humble beginnings in 2005 supporting Staysure Travel Insurance, we’ve evolved into a dynamic, multi-entity organization delivering tech and shared services across the entire Staysure Group and its affiliated brands.We proudly serve as the exclusive technology and services provider within the broader Howsam Capital ecosystem a portfolio of high-growth ventures spanning InsurTech, TravelTech, Retail, and Logistics.About the RoleThe Insurance Proposition Executive is responsible for supporting the Insurance Proposition Manager in overseeing the lifecycle of the business area suite of insurance products in line with business goals. They are responsible for supporting the Insurance Proposition Manager in ensuring the products meet the needs of customers, as well as being competitive in the market, and work closely with teams across the business to ensure the product's success.Role and ResponsibilitiesSupporting the Lead Insurance Proposition Manager and Insurance Proposition Manager to deliver the overall strategy and roadmap.Gathering market intelligence which will be used to guide development for evolving our products.Preparing accurate and detailed requirements and business process documentation.Managing and prioritising business requirements into product backlogs.Liaising with partners and underwriters for the creation and delivery of; final policy wordings, customer documentation and web content to ensure all elements of product design and delivery meet the needs of the identified target market.Working with the Design Team to assist with the generation of product marketing materials.Working with Development and business leads, support the development of delivery and adoption plans for new digital capabilities.Maintaining a strong awareness and understanding of conduct risk, specifically in regard to the fair value of our products and customer outcomes.Acting as a key contact in all day-to-day product and product management. You'll have a deep understanding of our product suite and variances to key competitor products, as well as awareness of relevant competitive market developments.Proactively work as part of the implementation team to launch new business and product updates, including third party onboarding requirements with distribution partners such as price comparison websites.Working with operational leads establish and execute the appropriate test strategies, change management processes, and communication plans.Maintaining third party distributor sales requirements.Working within agreed parameters, protocols and naming conventions.Working with Development teams to discuss continuous process improvement.Essential SkillsProduct management/development experience.Highly motivated with effective time management skills and high attention to detail.Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.Ability to communicate at all levels and to communicate with people to ensure product successAbility to demonstrate an organised approach to planning and prioritising own workload.An understanding of standard MS Office packages.Shows ability to multitask and problem solve with strong analytical skills.Strong team player who can work with a diverse team.Desirable SkillsKnowledge of, and experience in, the travel or insurance industry.Experience using Adobe software, particularly InDesign.Diversity & InclusionAt Intervest, we’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
