You will work in alignment with the global playbook, brand standards, and KPI framework to ensure consistency and performance. This is a hands-on, operational role where you’ll be directly responsible for delivering results — from executing campaigns and generating reports to managing social media publishing, tagging, and optimizing landing pages. You’ll collaborate closely with the Group Marketing Manager and local teams to bring impactful marketing initiatives to life.You will report to the Group Marketing Manager within the Center of Excellence and collaborate closely with regional champions, Sales, HR and Employer Branding, as well as subject matter experts. The role covers all InfoConsulting markets globally and includes a strong operational connection to the Sri Lanka hub, following a global-local collaboration model.What you’ll be doing:Social (LinkedIn-first): Posting according to the calendar, content localization, moderation, employee advocacy through distribution of post kits, and preparation of simple creative assets such as static images and short videos under 60 seconds.Paid Ops: Launching and optimizing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns (Search and Remarketing) according to guidelines, controlling budgets, schedules, and caps, and performing A/B testing of creatives and landing pages.Landing Pages and website: Creating and updating landing pages in CMS platforms like WordPress based on templates, performing quality assurance of content, forms, speed, and accessibility, and implementing UTM parameters.Marketing Automation and Email: Building simple sequences for nurture and webinars, segmenting audiences, A/B testing subject lines and layouts, and maintaining list hygiene.Analytics and Measurement: Configuring tags in Google Tag Manager, verifying GA4 events at both roll-up and regional levels, controlling UTM tracking and campaign goal accuracy, and preparing weekly reports.ABM and Content Operations: Preparing campaign kits with localized copy and graphic variants, researching materials, and publishing case studies and white papers.Events and Webinars: Executing landing pages, invitations, social and paid promotion, checklists, and follow-up emails.Compliance and Brand: Ensuring adherence to the brand book, legal guidelines including GDPR, RODO, and cookie policies, and maintaining accessibility standards.Tools: You will work with a range of tools including GA4 for both roll-up and regional analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, LinkedIn Ads, WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Canva, Figma, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Hotjar, Clarity, Google Sheets, Excel, Notion, Jira, Asana, and a Digital Asset Management system.Who you are:You have 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably within the IT, consulting, or technology sectors.You are confident in using tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and CMS platforms like WordPress.You work comfortably with Excel or Google Sheets, especially when it comes to data analysis and UTM tracking, and you can create simple visual assets using Canva or Figma.Your English copywriting is clear and concise, tailored for social media and advertising campaigns.You collaborate effectively with distributed teams across different time zones and communicate in a structured and proactive way.
