Job Summary:We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Employer Branding Intern to join our team and support initiatives that enhance the company’s image as an employer of choice. The ideal candidate will assist in promoting the organization’s culture, values, and career opportunities through engaging content and strategic communication across digital and social platforms.This internship offers hands-on experience in branding, digital marketing, and HR communications within a dynamic and fast-paced recruitment environment.Key Responsibilities:Support the development and execution of employer branding campaigns across social media and digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).Assist in creating engaging content including posts, articles, videos, and employee stories to highlight the company’s culture and achievements.Coordinate with the HR and recruitment teams to promote job openings and success stories.Help organize career fairs, university engagement programs, and recruitment drives to build brand visibility among potential candidates.Monitor social media engagement metrics and prepare performance reports.Support internal communications initiatives that drive employee engagement.Research market trends and competitor branding strategies to propose new ideas.Qualifications and Skills:Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or Business Management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.Interest in HR, recruitment, and employer branding will be a strong advantage.What You’ll Gain:Hands-on experience in HR marketing and branding.Exposure to corporate communications and talent acquisition strategies.Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, people-focused organization.Mentorship and learning from experienced HR professionals.
