With a commitment to reliability, clean execution, and future-ready design, PowerhouseAV transforms spaces into seamless, intelligent environments that elevate comfort, security, and lifestyle.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai for a Lead Engineer – AV & Smart Home.The Lead Engineer is a hands-on technical authority, responsible for the configuration, integration, programming, and commissioning of Control4, KNX, and advanced audiovisual systems. Unlike a Project Manager, this role is not focused on paperwork, scheduling, or client progress meetings — it is focused on technical depth, site execution, and flawless system performance.The Lead Engineer will take ownership of all system-level tasks across the full project lifecycle: reviewing technical designs, supervising installation quality, managing on-site engineers, testing and validating system performance, resolving technical issues, coordinating with contractors on technical requirements, and ensuring all integrations meet premium PowerhouseAV standards.This role is the technical backbone of every project — the person who ensures the system works seamlessly, is programmed correctly, and is delivered cleanly at handover. The focus is engineering excellence, not admin.
