We offer prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and personalised healthcare services.Role OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and motivated UX/UI Designer to join our ever growing team. The ideal candidate will have solid UX/UI design experience, be skilled in tools like Figma or Sketch, and understand user research and accessibility, especially in regulated environments.The role will be responsible for creating user-friendly digital experiences for our customers by conducting user research, developing intuitive interfaces, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct user research, interviews, and testing to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points in the healthcare and MedTech spaceDevelop personas, user journeys, and experience maps to inform design decisions that enhance usability and accessibilityCreate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications that communicate design ideas clearlyDesign intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall digital experience for customersWork closely with multiple teams to translate business requirements and technical constraints into user-friendly designsParticipate in design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve overall user experienceContinuously improve and refine designs based on test results, analytics, and user insights to enhance user satisfaction and functionalityEnsure designs adhere to healthcare industry standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA compliance) and consider accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) for inclusive designRequirementsExpertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similarStrong knowledge of UX principles, best practices, and design systems that drive effective user-centred designsExperience creating and implementing design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across digital productsAbility to analyse feedback and usage data to make informed design improvementsExcellent communication skills with the ability to present design ideas and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholdersStrong attention to detail with a focus on creating pixel-perfect, high-quality designsBenefitsWhy Work With Us?At Médetone, we are committed to creating a dynamic, innovative workplace where every team member has the opportunity to make a real impact.
