Your insights will help ensure ASOS delivers a curated mix of own-brand collections and third-party labels that reflect trend-led design, inclusive sizing, and global style perspectives, tailored for our fashion-loving 20-something customers.You’ll lead analytical workstreams across key initiatives such as Test & React, Partner Fulfilment, and Customer Funnel optimisation, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable insights, dashboards, and strategic recommendations that drive alignment and impact across teams.This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of data, product, and strategy, where your work will directly influence product development, enhance customer experience, and unlock commercial growth at scale.The Details…Lead product analytics across key initiatives, surfacing insights that shape product strategy and commercial outcomesTranslate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve customer experience and business performanceDesign and maintain dashboards that centralise key metrics and enable deep dives across teamsOwn end-to-end experimentation analysis, delivering iteration guidance and strategic recommendationsEngage with senior stakeholders to present findings, influence priorities, and align on business goalsPromote data literacy across teams, enabling self-serve insights through training, documentation, and toolingPrioritise work based on business impact and communicate timelines and outcomes effectivelyWe believe being together in person helps us move faster, connect more deeply, and achieve more as a team. It’s a rhythm that speeds up decision-making, helps ASOSers learn from each other more quickly, and builds the kind of culture where people can grow, create, and succeed.QualificationsAbout YouYou’re a curious, commercially minded problem solver, with a track record of driving impact through experimentation, product optimisation, and strategic analysis. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and want to be part of a data-driven culture that values experimentation and innovation.You’ll also be able to demonstrate:Experience in product analytics, strategy or insight roles within high-growth or start-up environments, retail or e-commerce experience would be beneficialStrong analytical skills and structured thinking, with the ability to break down complex problemsProficiency in Excel, SQL, R, Python, Adobe and data visualisation tools like Power BI.
