With a track record of delivering 40+ DeFi protocols across all major ecosystems, we provide end-to-end services including smart contract development, full dApp builds, mobile development, economic modeling, and infrastructure engineering.Role OverviewAs the Lead of Sales and Business Development at Decentra, you will drive the company’s growth by identifying, engaging, and closing partnerships across the Web3 landscape. You’ll lead outreach through platforms such as Telegram, LinkedIn, and X.This role requires mastery in presenting Decentra’s value proposition, qualifying and prioritizing leads, and managing the full sales cycle: from prospecting and discovery to closing and handover. You’ll guide and coordinate the BD team to ensure consistent pipeline growth and long-term relationship development.Key ResponsibilitiesPipeline & Team ManagementOversee and guide the BD team in identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential clients.Maintain visibility over all active opportunities and ensure a strong, consistent pipeline across regions and verticals.Outreach & RepresentationLead high-level outreach initiatives through Telegram, LinkedIn, X, and other strategic channels.Represent Decentra at major conferences and industry events, strengthening partnerships and ecosystem visibility.Discovery & QualificationSupervise and participate in key discovery calls to assess client needs and strategic fit.Align high-priority projects with Decentra’s service capabilities and growth objectives.Closing & Relationship ManagementDrive full-cycle sales for high-value deals, from negotiation to close.Oversee handovers to delivery teams and maintain long-term client and partner relationships.Strategy & ReportingDefine and execute the company’s BD and sales strategy in alignment with leadership goals.Set targets, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.Analyze market trends and competitor positioning to refine outreach and offerings.Collaboration & LeadershipWork closely with marketing, delivery, and leadership to ensure unified execution.Mentor and support the BD team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance.We’re Looking For Someone WhoHas 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, within Web3, fintech, or tech services.Demonstrates a strong understanding of the crypto/DeFi landscape, including key ecosystems, narratives, and protocols.Possesses a proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing strategic partnerships.Communicates fluently in English, both written and spoken, with exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.Excels at leading discovery, qualification, and consultative sales processes.Has experience managing or mentoring BD/SDR teams.Operates with high energy, initiative, and ownership, thriving in fast-paced, outcome-driven environments.Thinks strategically and can translate market insights into actionable sales and partnership strategies.Why Join Us?Join a highly skilled company at an exciting high-growth stage.Work directly with founders, protocols, and VCs across leading ecosystems.Enjoy autonomy to shape BD strategy, experiment with new approaches, and make your mark.Benefit from competitive compensation with performance-based incentives.Travel to top Web3 conferences and events to expand your network.Enjoy flexible working hours and a remote-friendly culture.Have a real impact by working at the forefront of the Web3 industry.Gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of crypto while learning from some of the best minds in the space.
