About the jobCompany DescriptionJuno Hotel Sofia is a boutique, design-driven hotel located at 40 Ivan Denkoglu Street in the heart of Sofia’s city centre, just steps away from the pedestrian shopping area. The hotel features 35 rooms (including suites) with floor-to‐ceiling windows or French doors leading to terraces or verandas, many fitted with marble bathrooms and upscale tech amenities like iPhones and in-mirror TVs. On the ground floor is the restaurant and bar Cookó Kitchen:Drinks, which offers modern Mediterranean/Balkan cuisine with a farm-to-table approach, along with a strong wine-and-cocktail programme. For wellness and fitness, the hotel provides a compact but well-equipped gym, an infrared sauna, massage room and other spa-style amenities—suitable for a stylish city-stay. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Sofia. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other departments to align sales activities with the hotel's goals. The role also involves preparing reports and forecasts to evaluate sales performance and ensuring the hotel's standards for exceptional service and quality are upheld.QualificationsExperience in sales strategy, pipeline management, and contract negotiationsStrong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage with clients and partners effectivelyKnowledge of market research, business development, and sales forecastingExcellent communication, presentation, and organizational skillsProficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work independently and collaboratively, meeting deadlines and achieving targetsHospitality or luxury sales experience is highly desirableBachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related fieldFluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
