As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills, boost performance, and drive organizational success.Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for staff at all levels across the organizationConduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create tailored training solutionsImplement innovative training methodologies, including e-learning and blended learning approachesCollaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with organizational goals and strategiesMentor and coach managers and supervisors to enhance their leadership and training abilitiesEvaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvementsDevelop and maintain up-to-date training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modulesMonitor and report on key training metrics to demonstrate ROI and identify areas for improvementEnsure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and regulations in all training activitiesManage training budgets and resources efficientlyStay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our training offeringsFoster a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organizationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 3 years in a management roleProfessional certification such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or equivalent is preferredProven track record in designing and implementing successful training programsStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teamsExcellent communication and presentation skills in both English and ArabicIn-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologiesProficiency in needs assessment, curriculum development, and performance managementExperience with e-learning platforms and instructional design softwareStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training needs and measure outcomesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)Understanding of Egyptian labor laws and regulations as they pertain to employee training and developmentExcellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneouslyFlexibility to work extended hours and travel to other locations within Egypt as neededDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all training initiatives
