If you are passionate about Skills Development, possess exceptional administrative skills, good at building and maintaining relationships, this opportunity might just be for you.Duties & ResponsibilitiesRole PurposeProvide an effective and efficient administrative and operational assistant function to support the Skills Development Lead and L&D team.RequirementsExperience in dealing with learnerships, Internships and BursariesExperience in working on BBBEE Tracking system (advantage)Experience in recruitmentExperience with tracking and reporting of statisticsA natural affinity to administration tasks, and detail orientatedGood communication and computer literacy skillsMethodical, analytical and deadline drivenAble to solve problems and work under pressureDuties & ResponsibilitiesExposure to WSP and ATR is highly desirableSupport Skills development administrationBe client focused (both internal and external) CompetenciesExceptional communication skills (verbal and written)Strong Excel and presentation skillsOutstanding analytical and technical skillsExcellent planning and organisational abilitiesAbility to cope with pressure and deadlines in a fast-moving environmentAbility to adapt easily to changeMeticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work in a team, with the willingness to put in extra effort and time when the team is under pressureHas an affinity for problem solvingQualificationsMatric and a tertiary qualification in Human Resources / Learning and Development or suitable qualificationA minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administration or support roleSolid knowledge of skills development legislationAdditional InformationClosing date: 19 June 2023
