Learning & Development Manager

Location: Corporate Shared Services Hub – Wanek, VietnamScope: Vietnam Operations (Wanek, Ashton, Millennium)Are you passionate about driving growth through learning?We are seeking a Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to lead the strategic design, development, and implementation of impactful learning programs across all Vietnam Operations affiliates. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development that aligns with organizational goals and empowers our workforce.What you’ll do:Needs Assessment & Strategy: Identify learning needs and create strategies tailored to Vietnam Operations.Program Design & Development: Develop culturally relevant programs using proven instructional design methodologies.Implementation & Facilitation: Deliver engaging training sessions and oversee program rollout across multiple locations.Vendor Management: Select and manage external training partners.Evaluation & Measurement: Track program effectiveness and ensure measurable impact.Learning Technologies: Manage LMS and leverage technology for scalable learning solutions.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HRBPs, business leaders, and Ashley L&D team.Budget Management: Optimize resources for maximum ROI.Compliance & Localization: Ensure programs meet Vietnamese labor laws and cultural nuances.What we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).7–10 years of progressive L&D experience, ideally within Vietnam or Southeast Asia.Expertise in instructional design (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.Strong LMS administration skills.Excellent bilingual communication (English & Vietnamese).Proven project management across multiple sites.Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus.Core CompetenciesStrategic Thinking & Cultural AwarenessInstructional Design & Facilitation SkillsCollaboration & Stakeholder ManagementData-Driven Decision MakingLearning AgilityWorking ConditionsOffice-based with regular travel to different locations within Vietnam.
