Learning & Development Specialist - Workplace Mental Health - Philippines

Position OverviewA specialized Learning & Development role focused on designing, implementing, and evaluating learning initiatives that promote both professional growth and mental well-being within the organization. This position combines traditional L&D responsibilities with a specific emphasis on mental health awareness, communicating around mental health, mental health first aid, stress management, psychological health and safety and similar topics.
