Type: Contract / Full-timeLocation: Remote — candidates must be based in the PhilippinesHours: Graveyard Shift - U.S. business hoursURGENT HIRING!About the RoleWe’re hiring a client-facing Executive Assistant with C2/native-level English to own and lead end-to-end onboarding on Zoom, handle core EA responsibilities, and serve as the CEO’s right hand—anticipating needs, protecting focus, and driving follow-through. Training & SOPs provided.ResponsibilitiesBe the CEO’s right hand: anticipate priorities, manage the CEO’s time, prep briefs, gatekeep respectfully, and translate decisions into clear actions.Lead Zoom onboarding, end to end: set the agenda, run the call, confirm scope/timelines, collect assets, document decisions, assign owners, and secure confirmations.Follow-through: create tasks, set deadlines, track progress, and clear blockers until done.Calendar & inbox: schedule across time zones, draft polished emails, and send reminders/follow-ups.Client coordination: manage group chats (WhatsApp/iMessage), share updates, request missing items, and keep stakeholders aligned.Documentation: precise notes, checklists, onboarding trackers, and client-ready summaries.Light admin & research: file management, forms, data entry, and simple research.Reporting: weekly status updates with risks and next actions.RequirementsC2/native-level English (spoken & written): clear on-camera delivery, strong grammar/vocabulary, concise business writing, neutral/near-neutral accent.Demonstrated experience leading client calls (not just hosting/supporting).Executive Assistant or client-facing ops/admin background.Detail-obsessed, organized, and fast follow-through.Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, calendars, task tools).Quiet workspace, quality webcam/mic, stable 25+ Mbps internet.Based in the Philippines and able to work with U.S. overlap.Nice to HaveOnboarding workflows; CRM/automation tools (GoHighLevel, Dubsado, ClickUp/Asana).Basic Canva/Docs formatting for client deliverables.Experience with U.S. clients/time zones.What We ProvideStructured training, SOPsSupportive team, clear processes, and growth opportunitiesHow to ApplySend via LinkedIn or email hr@orangeashes.com :Resume/CV60–90s video (English; Zoom-ready presence) We will check your accent and english skills150–200 words: “How I run a smooth onboarding call”Internet speed test link
